Booting drives in Qbasic

I am trying to make a program that can make the computer not boot from a floppy. Please help. I am trying to do this in Qbasic but evin in Batch it would help.

All you need to make a computer not boot from a floppy is a hard drive with the settings set correctly in the cmos and the OS system files. If you have a hard drive and get an error when a boot disk is not in the floppy drive post the error message and we'll be able to help.
