Step 1. Format the Flashdrive to FAT on another computer.
Step 2. Download bootme from bootdisk.com and boot into dos
Step 3. Open your config.sys file and should look like this...

menuitem=USB, Start with Usb Support
menuitem=N,Start Normally
menucolor=7,0
[N]
[USB]
DEVICE = C:\DI1000DD.SYS
DEVICE = C:\USBASPI.SYS /w /v
DEVICE = C:\NJ32DISK.SYS

To boot a flash drive in dos

Step 2.Download Usb dos drivers "DI1000DD.SYS", "USBASPI.SYS", "NJ32DISK.SYS"
Step 2. Download bootme from bootdisk.com and boot into dos
Step 3. Open your config.sys file and it should look like this...
