Is it possible to create an .exe from a bootdisk. I mean... compressing my bootdisk into an .exe file and then only have to run it to call the boot process?

As far as i know this isn't possible You can only copy the autoexec.bat from the bootdisk to the harddrvive and run it in order to reload programs that are declared there.(Usually sounblaster, doskey, mouse etc)
