Hello Far,
After seeing the bios window:
1. Press Print Screen
2. Open Word
3. Press Control + V
4. Print

That won't work. The BIOS setting I'm referring to are the ones where you hit F2,DEL, or something to get into during the boot process. There are no OS loaded yet not even DOS.

I do not know of any way to print the bios settings, but I thought I would mention that I have printed mine on a blank piece of paper at times.

There must be a way........ the screen is right there in your bios rom! so Why couldn't you access bios screens from windows? someone needs to make a prog to go into your bios and extract all images, in any format.

This HAS worked for me, but it does take awhile if you have many pages of BIOS settings to print....Every one of my BIOS pages has several subgroups you most open to get everything contained in the BIOS....In any event, this is what I did...

Do a power-Up Boot and press F2 (or whatever your BIOS entry is)....Once in the BIOS, press CTRL-PRTSCRN, or just PRTSCRN. This stores the page your looking at in the printer's buffer ...Then, exit the BIOS and your machine should continue to boot...Once your up, print the buffer...(I have an HP Laserjet 2100...When the buffer contains data, it's print light starts to blink....There is big button on the printer (about the size of a quarter)....Depress that button, and it will print the buffer)....If you don't have the same type of printer, check your documentation about how to print the buffer...Hope this helps

I agree with Far and John - the BIOS screen is just waiting to be printed out to a file. Even if someone would make a way to extract this from a BIOS update file, then you could do it under Windows. I have even seen screen dumps of BIOS screen in documention - how did they capture those screens; with a digital camera (I don't think so). Another thought, could you use PrintScreen from BIOS and then send the output through a cable to another computer's parallel port to be captured as a file??? If so, how, and has anyone done this?? Sorry, this is only questions, no answers,...yet.
