You cannot flash old BIOS chips, they had to be physically replaced. It would be cheaper to just get a new motherboard though.

But I've a old computer box. Not a "Tower". So I've to change box and mother board and ram and many else...? or I can change only motherboard? Is that true?

It most likely uses a standard AT board so yes you can just change the motherboard, unless it is a proprietary machine like a Compaq. Then you may have to just get a replacement BIOS chip or order the correct motherboard for it.

Why do you need a bios change? Is it for a larger hard drive? If it is the best way to go is to get an ISA controller card such as a Promise EIDE MAX or Eide PRO somewhere. (On one of these auctions perhaps) It will take drives to 8.4 Gigabytes.
