This is driving me crazy. I'm trying to run a batch file from a windows icon. The stupid cmd window closes after execution. Windows 2000 does not seem to have that option to keep it open in properties. Any ideas?

Create the icon using Command.com instead of Cmd.exe. This will lead to a Pif link that has the check box for closing option under the Program Sheet.
