I have been looking for Norton Utilities 8.0 for DOS which includes a little proggie called Batch Enhancer. Supposedly allows more fanciful batch files, etc... Does anyone know where I might download this legacy software? I believe that it was on 5 1.44 floppies? Thanks, Ron.

WBAT sounds like a good possibility. I'll try it.
Yes, BE.exe is the executable name. However I have seen other batch enhancers use the same name and I don't know if they are the same as the one from Snorton Norton? Do you know? If possible maybe you could mail it to me at: rondroid@hotmail.com Laters, Ron.

Hi, I still have some copies of the Batch Enhancer program (be.exe) there on my computer. I used to make little "bomb" programs with this Norton gadget, allowing the batch file to delete cpu's trees using non-ask deleting commands. I done some DOS utility programs with be.exe too!
