Does anyone know of a DOS utility which will force a reboot a a specified time?

Take a DOS-Diary that can execute a script.
The script should end the diary and then send a command for Ctrl+Alt+Del.

Copy reboot.com from a win98 machine. Located in the Windows\commands\ dir. Then create a batch file for when you want the computer to reboot and tell it to run reboot.com at end of the batch

RUNDLL SHELL32.DLL,SHExitWindowsEx 2

I am looking for a Dos utiliy that I used before, that will reboot a Dos machine, after a certian amount of specified time elapes and there is no movement on the screen. Has anyone heard of this? I think it was called reboot.com or something...
