Take a DOS-Diary that can execute a script. The script should end the diary and then send a command for Ctrl+Alt+Del.

Copy reboot.com from a win98 machine. Located in the Windows\commands\ dir. Then create a batch file for when you want the computer to reboot and tell it to run reboot.com at end of the batch
