Hi,

I am trying to boot a program directly on startup, I already boot directly to dos.

In the old days I am sure it was simply a matter of adding the path and the exe or bat file to the autoexec.bat. Is this the case?

And do I simply ad it at the end?

NB. I am trying to load mpxplay and mpxf along with some networking function without having to do a thing but turn on the computer.

Can someone please help me...its been a long time since ive played around in dos.

You load device drivers in the config.sys and/or autoexec.bat and programs to run at startup in the autoexec.bat.Add a line for each program at the end of autoexec.bat.
c:\mxp\mxplay
c:\mxp\mpxf
Correct for your path and run a test. Good luck.
