This program works for me: CDDA

The free version allows extraction of Digital Audio. If you want to use the other very cool features, you'll have to cough-up the wallet-busting amount of $15.00. So far, I haven't had any problems with copy-protected disks using the free verion of this program. But, I can't promise that will always be the case with disks released in the coming months or years, but given how this program operates, it's a pretty good bet it will still work for a good, long time.
