Comment: Does anyone have a good example of how to execute the AT command. I like to call different scripts and schedule them for certain days and timeframes. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks

use a simple terminal or code a polling one (that's easy)
or try ctty com1: /aux: or comx if you got your modem somewhere else, you won't see output on console ... if you dou ctty com1: though! use it in batch files:
ctty com1:
atdt 123456
