Comment: Arachne dials but won't go anywhere. It actually connects to the ISP but then won't go to any webpage. There were no options that I didn't understand in the setup. Everything went smoothly. So I dialed up and nothing. So I tried again and nothing. Again nothing. Again nothing. Anybody have any suggestions?

Reply: (edit)you have to put in a DNS number. if regular login doesn't work, try using the "script mode". enable "dial using terminal mode" and look for keywords on the screen. if you see garbage immediately, then script mode will not work. this one solved my problem.
