Microsoft Windows for Workgroups 3.11 Add-On for MS-DOS was effectively nothing more than WfWG with a differant label on it!
What you may be looking for is MS-DOS Network Client Version 3.1, Which is available as a free download from Microsoft FTP at the following locations:
