hi am using dos7.1 (win95 extracted!)for dual booting with XP PRO on a compaq laptop;
sound is onboard ALi (acer) M5451; i am looking for a suitable DOS driver (does it exist?)
secondly, when i boot on dos, the screen is half-used; (ATI RS200 IGP-340M graphics adapter); what is the suitable DOS driver;

You appear to be using a Laptop if that is the case then there is usually a setting in BIOS to make the screen full size in BIOS Post, which when booted into "DOS" will also be full screen. Graphics Drivers par-se ahve never existed for "DOS"
As to sound driver, good luck, it is a Windows WDM Sound Chip, you need to port (write) a *NIX SoundJack Driver yourself.
Last but not least MS-DOS6.22 was the last version what you have is the W9X Dos Subsystem or as M$ state "restart in MS-DOS Mode". It is part of W9X not standalone MS-DOS
