Try here. Under the "Programming" heading, they have Turbo Assembler, AKA TASM. :)

yeah theres also a legal free asm compiler if you get twinges of guilt(?)

If it doesn't come with one (which I somewhat doubt,) download Turbo C++ (TC++) from the same page.

nasm the best assembler,you can create *.com,*.sys,*.obj(for tubo c++),*.o(for djgpp or linux),*.obj for win32 http://www.web-sites.co.uk/nasm/

The last guy was right! GET NASM!! I like A86, but nasm is by far the best - A86 doesn't do 32-bit compiling.
For Windows either go to www.programmersheaven.com and search for nasm or go straight to http://www.programmersheaven.com/search/Download.asp?FileID=6593 if you know you want the win32 programs
For Linux go to: http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/devel/lang/assemblers/
