Xvid shows random red/blue dots

When I view xvid films, there are random red/blue dots (around 4x4 pixel) appearing on the film, especially in the untextured (ie, sky, wall) areas. these dots disappear after a few frames, but it's annoying. When I rewind, the dots don't appear in the same place.
I have K-lite v2.35 codec. I am running Winamp 2.95 I have Deblocking Y and UV on (in Xvid Settings).
