Is that the 'sandisk 6-in-1 USB 2.0 card reader' or something else? Googling
"sandisk 6" returned several different items.

It might not matter but are you using it in a 2.0 port? Do you have a compatible card in it when you're trying to read it? Does it show in 'my computer'?

Yes, 'sandisk 6-in-1 USB 2.0 card reader' is correct. It does not show up in "my computer". I have tried the wizard and got no solution. I have changed the connection to different usb ports with no results. THANKS FOR CHECKING.

As long as you have at least XP SP2 windows should see it OK:

If possible try it with other computers and different cables. If they don't see it either then perhaps it's just bad.
