Wont work on msn

I bought a new webcam and it works fine, it just wont work on msn. when i try to do a video call it just comes up with install your webcam or buy one here. but it is already installed and works with everything else. can u please help me.

Summary: Try going to http://www.thejamcam.com and see their drivers will work on Vista. The last Drivers they posted were for Windows 2000 and XP. Trying to get them to work on Vista may be long shot. ...
