Specs: Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service pack 3
I recorded some video on a friend's camcorder
(Sorry, i cannot remember the type of
camcorder) and he gave me the disk, but my
computer won't recognize that there is
anything on the disk. When i put it in the disk
drive, it acts like nothing is in there, but it
reads other disks, like music cds, perfectly

Or...the camcorder may use a proprietary file format, for which you don't have the software.

Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

He said it was finalized, but there's still nothing. If it's using a
proprietary file format, what should i do?
