I HAVE WINDOWS PICTURE FAX VIEWER ABOUVE ALL MY PHOTO FOLDERS AND AFTER SELECTING A FOLDER. IT SHOWS ALL THE NUMBER PHOTOS. BUT YOU CANT OPEN THEM UP TO SEE THE ACTUAL PHOTO, WHATS HAPPENING.

ROBET, Click Start>Run and copy & paste or type in:
regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll
Click OK.
Note that the spacing is important.
If the above doesn't work try the small, Free "Imgeditor" program at the link below. Just use the "Reset image editor settings to Windows XP defaults" button.
