When I click on a PNG image, it opens by default in Windows Photo Gallery and it has a cyan tint. The white areas have an RGB value of (230,255,255) instead of (255,255,255). Has anyone else noticed this? It only seems to happen with PNG files, JPG etc are ok. Also this is for any PNG file, so it's not the file's problem. These PNG files appear good when opened in other image viewers.

Update: I have solved this problem. For future readers' reference, here's how.
The problem was caused by an incorrect display driver update (done through Microsoft Update.) I fixed it by going to Display Settings in Control Panel, then selecting Color Management and deleting the colour profile that was being used.
