I recently had some virus trouble and i followed your guys instructions on how to remove. I got my computer all cleaned up. After my clean up, i have had trouble with my windows media player playing videos. It plays the sound in the video and it plays music but when i go to watch a video, it a grainy blue color. The image is so bad that you cant even tell whats going on in the video. I talked to the guys in the virus forum and they said that it might be a codec or a cache problem but their not sure. They told me to look into the video forum and here i am. Can someone help me fix this windows media player video problem im having? All help is much appreciated.
