i need to convert a video that is on my windows media player, to a web page. i tried using a video uploader called youtube on the internet so i could just get an embed code (html) but it only uploads 100mb videos only and the movie is 617.6mb's long.

You apparently need to reduce the size, that's way too big for the web. Try Movie Maker. If it's a compatable format, open it in WMM and then File-Save Movie File and save to your computer.

Choose video for broadband, or video for dialup to lower the file size.

as I understand u need to convert ur files into flv (such Youtube does)?
I know that Video2Flash from geovid.com (geovid.com/Video%20to%20Flash%20Conversion/) allows this and also this programme can generate codecs 4 website so u don't need to resize ur video file
