I bought an A4Tech WebCam and I would like to run a motion detection program to start recording video/voice for surveilence. I used to have a Creative camera with a great program that you could even set the area of movement before the camera would start recording video. Since almost no program came with my webcam, I wonder what programs there are out there that can do that.
