swf files generally can't be opened up / reverse engineered. There are some utilities that claim to reverse engineer swf files but I doubt their efficiancy. The file in question is a video embedded in flash. You wold have to reverse engineer the swf then extract the video and then hope it is in a format that you can edit - I would suggest that you just search for the original video on the net
