I bought a Microsoft VX3000 webcam and after installing it the video and audio are fine on my monitor. When I have a Messenger session with my sister about 500 miles away the audio gets through OK but not the video. Her audio and video comes through just fine and she has no problem communicating with a friend of hers out in Alberta. She is using a router on her system and so do I. I was wondering if there is a setting on the router (Linksys) that neeeds tweaking? I've been through the help files and they are of no help.

Any ideas out there?
