WHEN I DID INSTALL THE SOFTWARE FOR THE WEBCAM, IT SAYS DEVICE DRIVERS WERE NOT INSTALLED. IT ALSO SAYS THAT THE DEVICE IS NOT DIGITALLY SIGNED FOR WINDOWS. regards elizabeth
When you installed the drivers and it said "THE DEVICE IS NOT DIGITALLY SIGNED FOR WINDOWS", you need to tell it to install anyway.
It's not necessary for it to be digitally signed.Do yourself a favor BACKUP!!!
OK THANKS FOR THE REPLY. I DID INSTALL THE DRIVERS AND I CAN VIEW MY WEBCAM. WHEN I TRY TO SEND MY WEBCAM THROUGH YAHOO, I CAN SEE. BUT MY FRIEND GETS A MESSAGE THAT SHE CANNOT VIEW MY WEBCAM. regards elizabeth
I can't help you with that problem. But you should avoid using all capital letters. It's interpreted as shouting and annoys some people.
Do yourself a favor BACKUP!!!
