There are many out there on the net - look HERE. Personally I use Camfrog to communicate with friends oversea (never had a disconnection). The small screen version is free and fully functionable. If you prefer a bigger screen with more controls, pay the ome-time $49 fee and get lifetime upgrade and support.

Oh another thing you should be aware of. You can install as many webcam software as you like but you can only run one software at a time.
