I recently connected a web cam- software first- then plug in. OK computer XP SP2 recognised it
icon in tray with 'red cross' when I right click to 'Launch' I get error message:-
Access Violation@address 0045A271 in Module VPro500.exe Read of address 00000000

Webcam is Philips SPC500NC

Help please
