I have a lot of videos and such that I watch on my computer. The other day something happened. First of all when I'm looking through a folder at a bunch of movies, usually there is a picture in each box showing what the movie is. They are all black. And when I try to watch them the screen is black, but the audio works fine. This is how it is with all my media now. Anyone know what my problem is?

Sounds like a possible codec problem. Google for Gspot, a utility that identifies video/audio codecs.

did you try a system restore to before the problem?
