Comment:

I am in a office that does not have a view of the front door. Yesterday someone came into the office when I was on the phone and I didn't know they were there.

I would like a wireless camera that would view the front door. I further desire that the picture play in a window on my pc.

Any suggestions that fit this criteria?

TIA

it's not "wireless" but it's not wired directly to your computer. You'll need an ethernet jack for the camera and then you'll be able to access it over your lan.

most of all your other options will require a camera and reciever, and won't connect directly to your computer. for example:

To make something like that work you need to either, get a seperate TV/Monitor that will attach to it, or get some kind of adapter for TV input. If you don't allready have that you can either upgrade your video card or get a USB adapter that will convert the signal for you.

I was hoping for a wireless USB dongle that with software loaded in XP would recieve the camera signal. Surprised they haven't come up with that yet.

Thanks for the links and response.
