I am going to record with a cam corder that cannot be sent to the computer, I was wondering...is there any way I can get it into the computer? Please help, thank you.

If you are going to try to do anything with video, definately get more ram at least 512.

For analog video you will need a converter. I use a Hauppauge pci tuner/converter card and it has worked flawlessly. It also allows you to view and record TV on your computer.

If you have one,you can record the analog signal through a tv tuner card and convert the file to digital clips with Pinnacle.
