video thumbnails not showing

Windows Explorer will not show thumbnails for
.MPG files. I have tried re-associating with
Windows Media Player, the player included
with the current codec pack (K-Lite), and using
regsvr32 shmedia.dll

MP4 files were fixed with the regsvr command,
but not MPGs.

I take it you have gone to the button on the top center right of the window and chosen thumbnails?
