Hey all,

Just a small problem which has existed since the beginning of this computers life... It refuses to play ceartan types of video files. It will play your standard mpg and avi. But if they are were ripped by a strange codec it will not play it... even with VLC I have installed divx, xvid, and the k-lite and xp codec packs so I just cant understand why it would do it... I mean i will save a .flv file and VLC will refuse to run it and windows media classic will only play the sound and tell me it was unable to find an approprate decompressor... This is starting to annoy me.

Thanks,
Timski
