There are free video converter tools online. You can google it. The tool i am using is Wondershare, it works fine for me. When choosing a tool, you should make clear you want to enjoy it on mobile device or TV. There are DVD Burner tool which can convert video to DVD directly, such as MKV to DVD, AVI to DVD, FLV to DVD etc.
