You can use msn messenger - it is quite easy I have done it a number of times all you need to do is address the ip address of the machine. If you want to have a 3 or 4 (or greater) way conversation you have to all go through one machine that acts as a hub (that is running hub software) and that really eats up the bandwidth

Can you tell me where I need to configure the IP? If my IP is say for eg: 192.168.1.1 , this needs to be configured. But it is asking hotmail id for creating a new contact. Thanks
