I am looking for the video capture device (either pci or usb) that I can connect RCA cables to (yellow, red, and white) with the highest quality output. I currently have a Dazzle USB capture device and the video I get from it is very low quality. What device would you recommend for high quality?

I use a Hauppauge PCI card and the quality is very good.

It is more likely that the recording software you are using is at fault. Check for higher quality recording options in the program.
But keep in mind that the higher quality you shoose increases the size of the recorded file.
I also use Hauppauge, but I don't use their software. I use Cyberlink's PowerVCR.

Do yourself a favor BACKUP!

Don't mean to offend but I have both Pinnacle and hauppage and I find hauppage FAR superior.... Use the supplied software though... it gives a higher quality than others.
