Hey,

I recently got an mp4 player, Sony NWZ-S515, and it can read video files in mp4(too bad there is such a small screen).

I tried and used this neat & free software called MediaCoder and converted one of my videoClips to mp4 and it worked great!

Now, what i want to do is playing a full lenght movie in it...I did it easly, I just converted the movie as I did with the videoClip and it worked. But what I realy need to do is add some subtitles to the move, how do I do that?
The movie i want there is the Matrix, and I have it in DivX and I have the subs in an other .srt file.
1st question:
-How do I "merge" them both so that the subs always play?(I think that is called hardcoded subs)

2nd Question:
-Should I merge them fist or after converting it to mp4?

Best Regards

PS: I'm kinda noob at this, I play movies in my computer but I use VLC to make them play at the same time, not merge them.
