usb port not found

I got a web cam and tried to install it, but it keeps coming up that no ubs prot is found I have two plugins for usb ports and they used to work anyone know what could be wrong?

First of all, what is the brand name of your cam? Now, do you see any yellow ! marks in your device manager by the USB ports? Post back and we'll try to get you going.
