What is this service? My computer keeps informing me that my True Vector service is down. Is this why I am having continual problems in remaining conected to the internet?

It appears to be part of Zone Alarm but search references are fairly old (2006+07).

Get newer version of zonelabs zonealarm.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
