Please clarify your question.
Are you looking for software that will create CDG (CD+Graphics) files?
Or, are you after a player for CDG files?
FYI: CDG files contain the graphics (the lyrics) for the karaoke song. They work in conjunction with an MP3 (or WAV) file, with the exact same name (just the file extension is different).

That's like trying to extract the eggs out of a cake that's already been baked.
The best you can hope for (as you are using MP3 as source material) is to lower the vocals a little. Yes, there are programs that profess to be able to do what you want (e.g. Vogone), but they achieve minimal success only. If you have Adobe Audition (or similar audio software) you can try using the Center Channel Extraction, but again, the best you can hope for is a lowering of the vocals.
