Subtitled to Dubbed?

Is there a movie dubbing service or way to get subtitled movies in the dubbed version instead, possibly some sort of conversion perhaps, as the dubbed versions of movies seem to be few and far between as compared to their subtitled counterparts? Thank you.

Are you talking about foreign language films, where you want dubbed english voice-overs instead of subtitles?

Yes, such as certain World War II films for instance that have the Germans speaking German with English subtitles instead of using dubbed English voice-overs with accents like some other movies do.

You are not going to get that done cheap. Sub titles are a relative simple procedures.
Voice overs means hiring actors to read through the script and record a brand new sound track. You certainly wouldn't do it as a once-only exercise.
Besides, I and imagine lots of others would prefer German with English sub-titles. Germans speaking English with a German accent can sound a bit comical at times.
Its a bit like listening to Shakespeare in modern English. It doesn't have the same ring to it when done in medieval English.

Yeah, it just gets annoying trying to speed read the subtitle and get the intended meaning while not missing anything in the movie, or worse trying to read the near microscopic subtitles in some movies while watching the movie as well.
