I have some analog photos that I scanned which need to be straightened, i.e. they need to be horizontally level or vertically plumb...Is there a free photo editor available that can do this, or do I have to buy something like Photoshop Lite? I really don't want to re-scan all the photos. Please Advise/Thanks, rwiz

Irfanview will do it and it's free. You will need to download an extra plugin for the fine rotation effect.
