I have several AVI(xvid) videos. I'd like to add some text titles in each video, trim some part of the video, insert intro clips without reencoding/rendering the whole video again. What software should I use. It should be simple to use and fast.

I've used AVS Video Editor, but is very slow in converting. And it does not support subtitle. It also does not have unlimited straight line text scroll like what we find in Nero Vision.
I find Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate quite good. But quality of the harcoded subtitle is very bad.
