sd memory card bad???pls help me

I have 2 1g sd memory cards that have just "went bad" and "lost data" right in the middle of using them. The first one was while I was looking at it on my puter through my card reader, and the second just happend as I was taking pictures. The first one was about 1/3 full and the secon about 2/3 or more. I am losing my mind over this. I use a nikon d50 and I have a wedding to shoot in 2 days!! can anyone help me?
