While in London I was snapping pics like a proper tourist. Batteries ran out. New batteries. Camera would not work. Display screen sold white. I gave it a few taps and it still wouldn't work. So I pulled the batteries and the SD card out. Let it chill out overnight. Tried again in the am. Camera was working again but I kept getting a "card error". Picked up a new SD card for my last two days. When I got home I fully expected the SD card to read in my laptop. Nothing. I tried inserting it directly into the drive... nothing. I tried using a card reader...nothing. I've downloaded several softwares that boast the ability to retrieve photos.. nothing. It's completly under the radar but filled with a trip that I've been planning for most of my adult life. Please help me!!!
some people have a diffrent path to happiness, be glad you get to pick your own.

Look out for a program called Testdisk 6.9 This will read SD Cards/USB sticks even when they have been deleted/wiped etc. Very simple to use and small program size.
