my sister owns a lap top, new, first time user. I sent her some pictures via e-mail. she does not know how to save them onto her lap top computer. I dont as I use a mouse while saving mine. HELP step by step instructions please

waynehalverson, If she's using Outlook Express all she has to do is to open that e-mail, click on File at the top Menu Bar, select "Save Attachments" and choose the location where she wants to save them in the Save to window then click the Save button.
