Comment:

Recently purchased a ASUS DRW-1814BLT sata Lightscribe burner.
But i am having issues burning.
I always get an error for some sort after it starts burning, somewhere between 4%-90% complete.
Lost count of the dvd's thrown away.

It has the latest firmware installed, and all seems good in Device Manager.

What else could be causing the issues ?

Forgot to mention.

When i try to burn, my PC always freezes up and does not free up until the burning software (Nero or DVDShrink) is closed off.
