Saint paint made itself the utility of first priority when a photo is to be viewed, it that that over from Photo Impact which i like better.How do i make Photo Impact the Top utility? Every Jpeg icon has Siant Paint on it.Do you understand me? Where are these setting?

In Windows 2000 Pro (and most other versions of Windows), open "My Computer", click on "Tools", then "Folder Options", then "File Types".
