S Video to TV no icon display

Hi: I try to use S-Video to connect to tv, but the tv only display the wallpaper of the computer, but it does not display the icon or other things.

Right click on the desktop and go to properties click the settings tab. Now look for the drop down menu under display. Choose the moniter that has 2 on it. Now look at the "extend my windows desktop onto this moniter" This Box should be checked. If it is uncheck it and click apply. This should hopefully fix it.
